Akademija umetnosti Novi Sad Univerziteta u Novom Sadu organizuje donatorsku aukciju umetničkih dela kako bi pomogla najugroženijim nastavnicima i saradnicima. Aukcija koja je organizovana u onlajn formatu počinje u ponedeljak, 28. aprila 2025. i svi zainteresovani moći će da učestvuju do 10. maja 2025.
Na aukciji su ponuđena dela profesora i saradnika Departmana likovnih i primenjenih umetnosti Akademije, a sav prihod biće usmeren kolegama koje su najteže pogodile nedavne mere smanjenja zarada.
Naime, nakon što je Vlada Republike Srbije u martu 2025. godine usvojila nekoliko akata (Uredbu o izmeni Uredbe o normativima i standardima uslova rada univerziteta i fakulteta za delatnosti koje se finansiraju iz budžeta, Zaključak Vlade, Odluku o promeni ukupnih koeficijenata za obračun zarada), a početkom aprila započela njihova primena, zarade nastavnika i saradnika prvo su prepolovljene, a od maja će iznositi svega 12,5% redovnih primanja (plata za april mesec).
Iako su fakulteti pokrenuli postupke za ocenu ustavnosti i zakonitosti navedenih akata, negativne posledice već su pogodile veliki deo zaposlenih u visokom obrazovanju.
Iz tog razloga, Akademija umetnosti Novi Sad Univerziteta u Novom Sadu je pokrenula inicijativu kako bi najugroženijim kolegama pružila konkretnu i hitnu podršku.
Izvod – Pravila donatorske aukcije Akademije umetnosti
- Učesnici aukcije licitiraju cenu preko internet stranice Akademije (https://akademija.uns.ac.rs/aukcija) unoseći osnovne podatke (ime i prezime, kontakt mejl i ponuđenu cenu).
- Cene ponuđenih radova iskazane su u evrima. Učesnici aukcije licitiraju za određeno umetničko delo tako što nude iznos koji je veći, u zavisnosti od dela,za najmanje10-30 evra od trenutno ponuđenog iznosa.
- Učesnici aukcije i sva zainteresovana lica mogu tokom trajanja aukcije u svakom momentu da prate trenutno ponuđen ucenu.
- Po isteku trajanja aukcije, učesnika koji je ponudio najveću cenu i time uspešno osvoji opojedini lot, kontaktiraće zaposleni Akademije umetnosti, nakon čega učesnik uplaćuje iznos na dinarski ili devizni račun Akademije umetnosti najkasnije u roku od 7 dana, sa napomenom da vrši uplatu na ime donacije Akademiji umetnosti. Uplata na dinarski račun vrši se po srednjem kursu NBS na dan uplate.
- Akademija umetnosti se obavezuje da svim učesnicima aukcije koji su izvršili uplatu donacije uruči zahvalnicu i izlicitirano umetničko delo, koje time postaje njihovo trajno vlasništvo.
- Preuzimanje dela organizovaće se u objektu Akademije umetnosti. Na zahtev učesnika aukcije, Akademija će vršiti dostavu dela na željenu adresu, uz napomenu da troškove pakovanja, slanja i eventualnih dažbina snosi učesnik aukcije.

The Academy of Arts Novi Sad, University of Novi Sad, is organising a donor auction of artworks in order to support its professors and associates most affected by recent challenges. The auction will take place online, opening on April 28 and remaining open until May 10, 2025.
The works of art of the professors and associates from the Department of Fine and Applied Arts will be offered for the auction. All gathered funds will be allocated to colleagues who have been most affected by the recent salary reduction measures.
Namely, after the Government of the Republic of Serbia adopted several acts in March 2025 (the Decree Amending the Decree on Norms and Standards of Working Conditions at Universities and Faculties for Activities Financed from the Budget, the Government’s Conclusion, and the Decision on Changing the Total Coefficients for Salary Calculation), and their implementation began in early April, the salaries of professors and associates were first cut in half. Starting from May, they will amount to only 12.5% of their regular income (the salary for the month of April).
Although the faculties have initiated procedures for assessing the constitutionality and legality of the aforementioned acts, a large portion of employees in higher education have already been affected by the negative consequences.
For this reason, the Academy of Arts in Novi Sad, University of Novi Sad, has launched an initiative to provide concrete and urgent support to the most vulnerable colleagues.
Excerpt – Rules of the Academy of Arts Donor Auction
- Auction participants place their bids through the Academy’s website (https://akademija.uns.ac.rs/aukcija) by entering basic information (name and surname, contact email, and the offered price).
- The prices of the artworks are stated in euros. Participants bid for a specific artwork by offering an amount that is at least €10–30 higher (depending on the artwork) than the current bid.
- Throughout the auction period, participants and all interested parties can monitor the current highest bid at any time.
- At the end of the auction, the participant who has placed the highest bid and thereby successfully won a particular lot will be contacted by an employee of the Academy of Arts. The participant then pays the offered amount to the Academy’s account in dinar or in foreign currency no later than 7 days after being contacted, with a note that the payment is a donation to the Academy of Arts. Payments to the dinar account are made according to the National Bank of Serbia’s middle exchange rate on the day of payment.
- The Academy of Arts commits to presenting all participants who have made a donation payment with a certificate of appreciation and the auctioned artwork, which then becomes their permanent property.
- The collection of artworks will be organized at the Academy of Arts premises. Upon request, the Academy can arrange delivery to a specified address; however, packaging, shipping, and any customs-related costs are to be borne by the auction participant.
